WOW Wednesday

Our Christian Education program takes place on Wednesday evenings from October through April.

We meet every Wednesday, unless there is not school on the next day.

WOW is an exciting time on Wednesday nights at First UMC. With anywhere from 15 to 30 children and youth, there is time for singing, games, a lesson in faith and a meal for the whole family. We have two groups of children, by age, and a middle school youth group.

-3:45 Snacks and “active time”

-4:00 Activities, including music, games and crafts

-5:00 Supper for children and families

The children are also invited to sing on the third Sunday of the month, with a Christmas Program after school resumes in January.

Vacation Bible School

First begins on the Tuesday after Memorial Day through Friday of that week.

Supper at 5:30 pm, activities until 7:30 pm
